The Seattle-Tacoma Box Legacy Foundation proudly offers multiple programs designed to strengthen the communities we serve. From funding post-secondary education to supporting youth enrichment experiences and partnering with nonprofit organizations, our grant and scholarship initiatives reflect our deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.
Our programs serve the same regions where Seattle-Tacoma Box Company and its family of companies operate —the Greater Puget Sound Region (Washington), Anchorage Metropolitan Region (Alaska), Central Valley Region (California), Phoenix Metropolitan Region (Arizona), and Willamette Valley Region (Oregon).
Together, these initiatives represent our belief that investing in people today creates stronger communities for tomorrow.

Youth residing in the following regions are eligible to be considered: the Greater Puget Sound Region (Washington), Anchorage Metropolitan Region (Alaska), Central Valley Region (California), Phoenix Metropolitan Region (Arizona), and Willamette Valley Region (Oregon).

Scholarship Application
The Seattle-Tacoma Box Legacy Foundation is pleased to offer our Scholarships to students attending an accredited College, University, or Technical School.

Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Senior
- High School Graduate
- Undergraduate
- GPA minimum 3.0
- Community Involvement/Extra-curricular activities
- Must reside in the communities surrounding Seattle-Tacoma Box Company and its family of companies, including the Anchorage Metropolitan Region in AK, the Central Valley Region in CA, the Phoenix Metropolitan Region in AZ, Willamette Valley Region in OR or the Greater Puget Sound Region in WA.
Amount and Duration of Scholarships
- We have a goal of sponsoring four applicants per year across the four companies that are under our corporate umbrella.
- Scholarship may be awarded up to a total of $8,000 annually.
Requirements to Apply
- Complete this application.
- Unofficial transcripts of the college, university, high school or technical school you currently attend.
- Current resume that includes any internships, jobs, award, volunteer positions or leadership roles on campus or in the community.
- Three paragraphs of 200 word minimum and five short response questions. The questions can be found at the end of the scholarship application.
- Two letters of recommendation.

- Previously sponsored by Seattle-Tacoma Box Legacy Foundation
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College, University, or Technical School
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must submit responses to the required essay questions
